The Idea

The idea of the original Lemonade app was borne from the real need of a real dad to create the very best competitive lineup for his son’s team without spending countless hours obsessing over the minutia of the game, game after game.

That obsession turned into a desire to create an easy-to-use app to do all of the heavy lifting for us all and save us boat-loads of time and free us up to actually coach. This app allows any coach to keep lineups super simple; or, you can get really deep into strategy and customization.

The Name

Lemonade is that quintessential sweet summer drink. Building the best lineup for your team should feel just as easy. Fast, fair, and right — every game.

And if it turns out that you’ve got a lemon of a team and are looking for any competitive advantage possible, this app will help you make lemonade!

The Team

Lemonade Baseball Lineups was designed and developed by Jason Mkrtschjan, a youth baseball coach and father of four in the western suburbs of Chicago. Three of his kids play ball. He built the app to solve his own problem — and built it for every coach who has the same one.
